Bid Day
Today was a bid day at work, which means running from 8 AM until about 3 PM straight. Now here is my question. Can I log these as work out hours? Since it was mentioned that all this running is good excersize, I thought surely it must have a positive spin somewhere. What are your thoughts on this?

Well, it might be construed as 'excersize', but I'd be more likely to consider it exercise.
Dictionary.com has no entry for 'excersize', but surprisingly, there is an entry for 'exercise'
"Activity that requires physical or mental exertion, especially when performed to develop or maintain fitness"
